New review of AMON! The Ultimate Texan declares it a "hit" that is as "big as Texas"

In a wonderfully positive review, Jan Farrington of Dallas-Fort Worth’s top theater website TheaterJones.com, declares that the new play — AMON! The Ultimate Texan —“does justice to the legendary Texan.”

The play opened in May 2019 with a world premiere at Artisan Center Theater in Hurst. Eights shows were on the schedule, but it was so popular that nine more shows were added. They’ve sold out.

“Artisan Center Theater in Hurst took a chance on the greenhorn playwright and appears to have a hit play by the horns, with the first shows selling out and tickets scarce for even the extra performances recently added,” the review reports.
